When will my order be delivered?
We offer fast and reliable shipping across all Emirates. Orders within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah are typically delivered within 1–2 working days. For other Northern Emirates, please allow 2–4 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
How to check status of my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log into your ENZOSTAR account and visit the "My Orders" section to see real-time updates from our delivery partners.
If an item is missing from my order, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If your package arrives incomplete, please contact our customer support team at info@enzostar.ae or WhatsApp us at +971 50 854 9083within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and the invoice ready for verification.
If I'm not available to pick up my order, what should I do?
Our courier will attempt to contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable, you can request a reschedule for the following day or ask the courier to leave the package at your building’s reception/security desk (if prepaid). After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
What should I do if there is a delivery delay?
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to high volume or weather conditions. If your order is past the estimated 1–2 working day window, please reach out to us with your order number, and we will prioritize a follow-up with the logistics team to get your products to you as soon as possible.

Where can I use the promo code to receive the discount?
ou can apply your promo code at the Checkout page. Look for the "Apply Discount Code" field before finalizing your payment. Please note that only one promo code can be used per order, and certain luxury collections may be excluded from general promotions.
How can I add items to my wish list?
o save your favorite perfumes or cosmetics for later, simply click the heart icon located on the product image or next to the "Add to Cart" button. You must be logged into your account to save your wish list across different devices.
Are customizations available?
We offer personalized gift wrapping and custom notes for special occasions. For corporate gifting or bulk custom orders for events/weddings, please contact our concierge team at sales@enzostar.ae to discuss your specific requirements.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For your convenience, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE and interest-free installment plans through partners
